Job Description:

+ Cultivating and expanding banking relationships to seize new growth opportunities.

+ Managing payroll operations and overseeing employee 401k transactions.

+ Guiding, supporting, and reviewing the work of our accounting team.

+ Providing valuable support to our asset-based loan vertical, ensuring a smooth financing process (closing statements, financial covenants, amortization schedules, and other funding requirements).

+ Assisting the auction vertical in preparing auction deal statements.

+ Playing a pivotal role in the closure of quarterly and year-end financials.

+ Taking charge of modeling and budgeting functions across our company’s verticals.

Job Requirements:

+ Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch, enabling you to interact seamlessly with both internal and external stakeholders.

+ You bring a wealth of experience from previous accounting and/or public accounting roles.

+ Holding a Master’s degree from an accredited institution will set you apart.

+ Your familiarity with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) is essential.

+ Proficiency in comprehending and analyzing legal loan documentation is one of your strengths.

+ Your command of Microsoft Excel and Word is second to none.

+ Experience with Dynamics 365 or a similar CRM system is a plus.
