Job Description

Growing financial solutions organization is looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist. The Payroll Tax Specialist will be supporting a backlog of state and local tax issues due to an increased amount of registration of state and local agencies. They use ADP Workforce Now. This position is a temporary role and is anticipated to be for 2+ months. This position is fully remote but they would prefer someone in the Chicagoland area in case of an in-office day need arises.

Requirements:
-Some level of expertise with payroll tax and the process to resolve issues with state and local tax agencies
-Experience with ADP Workforce Now
-Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-tasking abilities
-Strong organizational skills with ability to manage workflow, prioritize workload and make adjustments based on business needs
-Excellent oral and written communications skills
