Job Description
Provide high level and detailed estimates on work packages. Support the Production Environment by monitoring performance metrics and alerts. Provide support in identifying critical software issues and help in fixing software bugs. Work with business users to identify project needs and get clarifications on use cases/ JIRA stories. Work with the SCRUM Team to deliver quality code which meets all the acceptance criteria. Perform application design and coordinate with other internal and external entities to provide technical solution. Help create technical documentation. Perform Code Reviews for all development work. Plan Software release plan. Mentor/coach junior developers. Telecommuting permitted 2 days/week.
