Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Manage the design, development, maintenance, documentation, debugging and implementation of technical products and software applications. Responsible for designing & developing a suite of HTTP/SOAP Web Service interfaces using different programming languages across applications. Evaluate complexity, conduct impact/compatibility analysis, estimate effort, develop technical specifications, work with functional architects to define, and implement application architecture, breakdown stories into smaller subtasks, review and clarify objective requirements for updates and/or new functionality. Recommend enhancements to improve the quality and performance of products and/or procedures. Mentor and support on site and off site teams excellence at all programming phases through coaching and developing technical training material covering including configuration, coding, architecture, logic, and best practices. Participate in deploying the applications on web Servers using deployment pipelines. Store, retrieve, and manipulate data for analysis of system capabilities and requirements. Assess security needs to determine software and hardware configurations. Ensure the quality of the source code, set up coding standards, plan, conduct source code reviews, and specification reviews with business analysts. Responsible for the delivery of platform independent programs using .Net Framework and C# programming language. Debug, maintain and manage .NET libraries and custom Controls, Creates reusable components and apply design patterns like factory, singleton, dependency injection. Work on software and applications based on programing languages and tools (C#, WPF, WCF, ASP.NET, VB.Net, REST API, MVC,MVVM, SQL, SSRS, SSIS, Ajax, Web Services, Entity Framework, Unity, PRISM, Telerik Controls, Soap UI, Visual Studio , Active batch, Kofax Batch Scanning , Inovah Payment processing and OnBase Document storage; Soap UI, Visio, Postman, SQL Server; Azure DevOps, Azure Cloud Technologies) Utilize experience with Web Technologies: Asp.Net, Telerik Controls, MVC, PRISM/UNITY, Entity Framework; Languages: C#, JavaScript, WPF; IDE: Visual Studio; Databases: SQL; Workload Automation Solution: Active Batch Job Engine; Cloud: Azure DevOps; Reporting Tools: SSRS; Development Tools: SOAP UI; Services and Support Tools: WCF, HTTP/SOAP/REST; ERM (Enterprise Revenue Management): Inovah Payment Processing; Web/App Servers: Windows Server 2008/ 2012; ECM (Enterprise Content Management): OnBase Document storage; Intelligence Automation Software: Kofax Batch Scanning.
