Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Lead Scrum ceremonies including Daily Standups, Sprint Planning, Feature/Story Grooming, Sprint Demos and Sprint Retrospectives for SAP implementation and integration projects. Coach team on Scaled Agile Framework. Manage multiple Scrum teams in a high visibility engagement. Work with the QA team to ensure GXP compliance standards are followed. Partner with and assist Product Owners and Development Team in definition of Epics, Features and Stories as needed. Track and report team progress through the use of Agile-centric reporting. Manage team backlog and capacity to contribute to sustainability of a high-performing team. Maximize team efficiency by resolving impediments. Assist in testing using X-Ray and HP ALM. Create Data Validation for data ingestion for OMP Supply Chain software. Create reports using Tableau and Power BI. Use SAP Supply Chain modules, OMP Supply Chain software, Tableau and Power BI. Utilize experience with Databases: SQL, PSQL, HTML, ABAP; Project Management Tools: Jira, Leankit, MS Project, Confluence, Teams; Testing Tools: Selenium, Cucumber; Databases: AWS Redshift, SAP Hanna; Methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, SAFE; Data Analytic Tools: Tableau, Balsamiq, Omnigraffle.
