Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Manage integration and ensure roles and responsibilities are executed properly. Establish and create high performing project teams. Ensure Service Level Agreements are met and Project Compliance. Responsible for Operational Reporting and Management of Program Milestones and customer expectations. Responsible for Root Cause Analysis and Reporting to the Client Executive Team. SPOC for delivery and operational escalations and responsible for creating preventative and adaptive maintenance policies and programs. Manage ideas from Ideation to Implementation & drive Innovation Workshops with Account Team and Client Executive. Responsible for collaborating with client on finalizing PoC with highest ROI. Position Capgemini solutions to client and drive profitability. Responsible for leveraging Capgemini Internal Center of Excellence (CoE’s) based on the client needs review call and agree on course correction. Utilize experience with Project Management: Service Delivery Management, Risk Mitigation, Project planning for complex engagements, Structuring high performing teams, Negotiating and managing contracts, Budget management; Languages: Microsoft.Net, VB.NET, C#.NET, MS-SQL, Microsoft Azure, Unix Scripting; ERP Packages: Product Lifecycle Management, Team Center Enterprise; Methodologies: Scrum, Agile, Waterfall; Cloud: Azure Data Factory; Delivery Services: Application Support, Application Development.
