Description

Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week.

The Marketing Project Manager Sr is responsible for supporting the end-to-end development and delivery of acquisition, retention and advertising materials and supporting documents as a part of a dedicated project team. In delivering the materials, you will work independently, as well as within a team. You will also engage with an extensive cross-functional project team of business partners to execute on assigned materials for complex marketing programs.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

+ Leads project management of complex omnichannel programs. Works within project management tools to develop and manage projects across the team, including timelines associated with assigned materials and overall program delivery.

+ Supports marketing strategies by ensuring projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget. Identifies, mitigates, manages, and escalates projects, risks, and issues.

+ Leads meetings and/or workgroups supporting material creative development and media delivery.

+ Executes project management best practices that align with brand objectives/goals.

+ Develops solutions and recommendations to solve challenges.

+ Collaborates with a large group of stakeholders across Marketing to ensure functional specifications and requirement documents are met.

+ Provides creative development direction per business/marketing strategy and specifications.

+ Manages external vendors as needed to support material development and delivery. for services such as document automation, proofing translation and other deliverables.

+ Maintains desk level procedures (DLPs) and documentation for assigned materials and projects.

Minimum Requirements

+ Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 6 years of related marketing experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities, and Experiences

+ Previous use of the following (or similar) programs is preferred: Workfront, Microsoft suite including Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Adobe and Smart Sheets.

+ Experience in health insurance, healthcare, or other highly regulated industry.

+ Experience working with creative agencies or internal creative teams on projects involving digital media deliverables (social, banner, video).

+ Experience applying brand/marketing standards.

+ Experience proofing complex, multi-versioned documents. Excellent attention to detail, and strong communication and documentation skills.

+ Results-oriented professional comfortable with proactive communication across all levels of an organization. Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills. Able to lead through influence

+ The candidate must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize, pivot, communicate proactively and adjust in a complex deadline driven environment.
