Kelly Science & Clinical is seeking a Lab Technician near Round Lake, IL.

What You’ll Be Doing:
+ Maintaining Data Integrity: Ensure compliance with company SOPs and specifications, as well as FDA, cGxP, and QSR regulations to uphold data integrity.
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration: Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance production efficiency, troubleshoot issues, generate cost savings, improve quality, and provide support for new product development.
+ Analytical Support: Assist with weight loss analysis and review test data, adhering to meticulous documentation practices.
+ Documentation Management: Perform review functions in LIMS or other computerized systems, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
+ Sample Handling: Support all incoming sample activities, including logging, labeling, transfers, and coordination of stability studies, while accurately completing associated documentation.
+ Stability Sample Management: Assist in pulling and delivering weekly stability samples, responding promptly to emergency or same-day requests.
+ Waste Management: Coordinate the disposal of discard samples and products with Environmental Waste management personnel.
+ Facility Organization: Maintain organized storage areas and assist in the maintenance of stability chambers as requested by management.
What You’ll Bring:
+ Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree is required or Associate Degree along with 3 years of related experience.
+ Skills: Possess strong writing and computer skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate in a team environment.
+ Self-Motivation: Demonstrate self-motivation and personal responsibility for task completion.
+ Communication: Communicate effectively with managers, peers, and subordinates, understanding the importance of project schedules and milestones.
+ Problem-Solving: Exhibit critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address challenges efficiently.
+ Physical Requirements: Ability to perform a large amount of lifting as part of job responsibilities.
