Job Description
Intralot, Inc. is engaged in the supply of integrated gaming and transaction processing systems, innovative game content and value-added services to state licensed gaming organizations. Games Library includes more than 400 types of games: Numerical Lotteries, TV Lottery Games, Sports Lotteries, Fixed Odds Betting, Instant Lotteries, Pari-mutuel, Video Lottery and Monitor Games.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's degree (preferably in Finance or Business), or equivalent experience.
3-5 years' experience with related experience working in matrix environments as well as with external vendors
Strong analytical, verbal and written, and presentation skills.
Background working effectively with a variety of groups across the organization including technology, operations, marketing, third-party vendors, and senior management.
Must be able to function in a fast- paced environment and handle multiple requests
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Under the direct supervision of the Manager, assist with the following duties and responsibilities. Other miscellaneous duties may be assigned. Responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
Manage the third- party partners and vendors involved in delivery and management of payment processing.
Interface with finance, operations, and technology to manage credit and debit processing.
Support new client implementations, with responsibility for payment processing components, and accountable to overall Project Manager for the delivery.
Ensure the accuracy and reconciliation of all daily processing of all credit card payments between Lottery system and the payment processors.
Oversee weekly funds settlement with Lottery partners.
Research, analyze and resolve processing issues and questions regarding credit and debit processing across INTRALOT, Vantiv and Ingenico systems.
Assist with tasks and procedures to maintain PCI compliance
