Role Snapshot
Our HRIS Analyst maintains data integrity, ad hoc reporting, and other daily operations of the organization's HR technology applications. This role is on the HR Technology team and will assist with expanding system capabilities and improving processes through automation and continuous process improvement.
System Management: Assists in maintaining the HR applications (e.g., UKG Pro, Achievers, Cornerstone) through preservation of system security, data integrity, and process optimization. Typical daily tasks can include fulfillment of data correction requests, monitoring interfaces, and identifying potential application performance issues. Collaborates with senior analysts and shared services leadership to expand system capabilities through in-depth knowledge of HR applications and standard HR business processes with a focus on efficiency through automation and simplification. Work with senior team members to build strong relationships and ensure alignment with IT strategy. Perform system and interface testing with sample and live data.
Reporting: Fulfill ad hoc requests for creation of new reports, updates to existing reports, and creation/adjustments to scheduled reports using UKG Pro and Excel.
Process Improvement: Assist with researching, planning, coordinating, and implementing solutions with assistance from senior team members, the HR Technology team, external vendors, or consultants. Maintain system and process documentation ensuring they represent the current state. Continuously look for process improvements in all HR operations to assist in developing new automations.
