Job Description

We are looking for a high-energy, high-impact, curious, and strategic thinker in the financial services sector.

As a Senior Associate within the Commercial Bank’s Product Office, you are responsible for continuing to drive the Product Operating Model transformation across the Commercial Bank(CB) DDP organization; including the product governance process, strategic partnerships and analytics to power it.

Job responsibilities

+ Develop and provide oversight of key strategic initiatives, including progress across the product operating model, portfolio level reporting, product architecture, governance and more

+ Work closely with cross functional teams to provide strategic support in developing, refining and documenting proposals, with both near term and horizon level understanding

+ Understand current state processes, identify opportunities for improvement and assist in articulating future state changes

+ Analyze data, extract insights and identify opportunities for automation

+ Identify issues, track cross impacts and ensure key stakeholders and owners have understanding and resolution

+ Pivot across a myriad of topics across strategy, program management and finance work streams

+ Act as an ambassador of the Product Office across the Commercial Bank

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

+ Minimum of 3 years related consulting, finance or business experience, with project and product management experience

+ Experience managing projects, especially complex, global projects that require cross-functional collaboration

+ Ability to quickly understand abstract issues, identify solutions and action next steps to problem solve against them using methodical and organized approach
