About the Job

+ Processes quotations and sales orders, prepares and follows up on purchase orders, and confirmation of ship dates and pricing.

+ Responds to customer’s inquiries or complaints regarding company products or services.

+ Handles inbound phone calls and queries utilizing outstanding communication skills.

+ Serves as primary customer contact and works with other internal departments to address and resolve customer inquiries and issues.

+ This is an onsite Monday through Friday office position in our Schaumburg Corporate office. The shift open is 11:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.

+ Rotational Saturdays may be required.

What we need from you

+ 2 years of experience working directly with end customers in a fast-moving and dynamic organization

+ Exceptional focus on meeting and exceeding customers’ needs

+ Microsoft Office Suite intermediate skills

+ Ability to multi-task and efficiently manage time
