job summary:
We are currently looking for an Talent Acquisition Coordinator. The ideal candidate will serve as a resource to support all general functions related to the daily workflow process in the Talent Acquisition space. An ideal candidate will have experience coordinating meetings, managing multiple requisitions at once, and having excellent written communication, all while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Remote
Duration: 12 + month contract with potential to extend open ended or go perm
Shift: M-F 8 am-5 pm PST

Job Duties -* Creating and managing virtual and in person meetings in Client’s Outlook, internal workforce solutions and room booking applications for the following types of
meetings for interviews, de-briefs, and other meetings related to open positions.
- Coordinate communication between candidates and Talent Acquisition staff
- Responding to meeting requests
- Schedule candidate 1:1 and panel interviews
- Sending/Responding to meeting polls
- Reserving rooms
- Coordinating on-site food and beverages
- Handling and resolving scheduling conflicts with meeting participants
- Processing external visitor requests
- Providing visitors with Guest Wi-Fi connectivity procedures/information
- Coordinate visitor arrival with local Client Admin
- Identify and resolve problems (if applicable) per Client procedures
- And any other additional ad-hoc scheduling support as needed and when required
- Act as corporate liaison to HR Coordinators and Hiring Managers throughout the organization
- Utilize SharePoint extensively for tracking, reviewing, and reporting recruitment efforts
- Communicate and facilitate requests from third party employment firms
*Assist and respond to hiring managers with recruiting inquiries and requests
*Possess exceptional interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
*Conducts all business in a professional and ethical manner
