Duties and Responsibilities 
 Acts as primary contact for the Institute of Pastoral Studies, department of Continuing Education Pathways for Tomorrow Phase 2 grant projects.
Directs callers to appropriate individuals; maintains general knowledge of the grant's projects, organization and personnel.
Performs a variety of clerical duties including payment requisitions, expense reimbursements, filing documentation in Ndrive and hard copies
Assists the two grant Principal Investigators with the different projects
Maintains calendars; schedule of payments, meetings and conference calls; reserves and prepares facilities and meeting rooms.
Prioritizes all incoming information to Principal Investigators;
Serves as the event planner and coordinator for grant related events.
Acts as primary webmaster/content manager for grant related websites requesting updates in grant related websites.
Records and distributes minutes for meetings.
Performs data entry for various reports/projects.
Provides clerical support for faculty/staff/consultants performing grant related tasks/projects.
Coordinates the distribution of evaluation surveys.
Performs related duties as assigned.
Minimum Education and/or Work Experience 
 High school diploma or equivalent and one to three years of relevant experience; some positions may require additional experience.
Qualifications 
 Bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred.
Previous office support staff experience is preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication in both English and Spanish, organizational and customer service skills required.
Ability to learn new computer software and programs as necessary.
Ability to multitask effectively.
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team.
Ability to interact and collaborate professionally and courteously with other staff members and faculty.
Must have discretion and trustworthiness.
Certificates/Credentials/Licenses 
 Excellent spoken and written Spanish
Computer Skills 
 Proficiency in MS Office applications and website maintenance and development.
