AnthroMed Education is actively seeking energetic and dedicated School Social Workers to join our team for the upcoming 2024-2025 school year. Responsibilities:+ Provide direct social work services to students, addressing their academic, social, and emotional needs.
+ Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school professionals to develop and implement strategies to support students’ overall well-being.
+ Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students’ strengths and challenges and develop individualized plans accordingly.
+ Collaborate with the school community to create a positive and inclusive environment.
+ Participate in relevant meetings, workshops, and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and educational trends.
Job Requirements:+ Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work
+ Illinois PEL with an endorsement in Social Work
+ Previous school experience is preferred
