School Social Worker – Full-Time

We are currently seeking a full-time School Social Worker to join our team and provide support to elementary students in Wauconda, IL for the remainder of the 2023-24 school year.

We are excited to announce our Jumpstart Salary Program, which will enhance our offer to full-time team members who will be joining us for the 2024-25 school year. This program will allow eligible team members to begin receiving their salary and benefits as early as the summer of 2024, before starting their roles for the 2024-25 school year.
Job Responsibilities:
+ Provide services to a caseload of 30-50 elementary students
+ Collaborate with another on-site social worker to meet student needs
+ Evaluate, update, and communicate the individual needs of each student effectively
+ Maintain professional communication with students, colleagues, and families
+ Participate in IEPs and other mandatory meetings to enhance student success
+ Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
+ Master’s (MSW) or Doctoral degree in Social Work
+ IL PEL with an endorsement in Social Work
+ Previous experience in an elementary school setting preferred
