You will capture, enter and validate customer orders in a timely and accurate manner, using all methods and all order types.

Your responsibilities will include:

+ Managing orders and verifying stock levels to make sure the order can be fulfilled

+ Managing export process, organizing transportation for the orders in close cooperation with the 3rd party distributors

+ Building strong relationship with customers and providing them with best-in-class service

+ Solving problems or issues which might occur during the export process

+ Bringing ideas on improving current processes and ways of working

What you need to be successful:

+ Previous experience in Customers Service and Logistics role

+ Fluency in English

+ Ability to build strong and long term business relationship with clients and business partners

+ Problem solving and multitasking skills

+ Good organization and priority setting skills

+ MS Excel skills – SAP knowledge will be a strong plus

+ Good knowledge of the total supply chain/order-to-cash process
