We’re looking for a functional Operations Program Manager to join our Continuous Improvement team. The Operations Program Manager is responsible for acquisition integrations, process improvement, operational learning and development program and content, and achieving best practices in support of TricorBraun goals and operating principles within the Warehousing sector.

Your role here

From Day 1, you’ll identify critical proficiencies in our Warehousing positions and partner within business units to ensure new team members are onboarded in a way to support their success, as well as receive the ongoing development needed to drive business outcomes. #LI-Remote

Essential Functions and Duties

+ You will lead functional integration and change management efforts for acquisitions

+ Determine gaps during process alignment phase, conduct learning sessions for new Team Members, perform testing activities including User Acceptance Testing, and provide go-live support during the transition to Dynamics 365

+ Identify operational inefficiencies and determine system improvements, and identify best practices and implement change within Warehousing

+ Lead learning materials and sessions for Operational Team Members by creating interactive, on-line courses, developing and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and conducting live learning sessions

+ Travel up to 20% anywhere in the world where we have offices and facilities

Your experience and background

+ Bachelor’s degree in business management or business administration (preferred) with 3 or more years of related experience or the equivalent combination

+ Excellent oral, written, public relations, and marketing communication skills

+ Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

+ Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is required

+ Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and manage projects and data

+ Ability to work independently and resolve issues
