Location: Lisle, IL (Hybrid. 3 days onsite at Lisle, 2 days remote. the 3 days ultimately depends on project and team structure.)

Desired skills
• STRONG Project Manager skillset (PM Processes/Best Practices). 5+ years corporate PM experience completing large scale/complex implementations with large/detailed project plans (critical path timelines in MSP) and directly managing their financial budgets. Skilled problem solver and change champion/leader.
• Experience managing successful large scale corporate projects in the Finance, Leasing and Treasury Cash Management system spaces. Implementation experience: Oracle Lease Finance Management (OLFM), PeopleSoft FSCM, SAP Finance (S4/Hana, etc), Infor CloudSuite, Baan IV. Experience with integration/interface technologies and middleware such as ETL,SOA, CTRL-M and Cloud technologies such as Azure and AWS is a plus.  

Overview:
• Requires in-depth knowledge and experience of Project Management processes and best practices.
• Works as a team leader in a fast-moving dynamic environment to delivery implementations that drive and support modernization processes across the organization.
• Must be a Change Champion and have a demonstrated history of success leading difficult projects where change is required and be comfortable leading organizational change.
• Work is accomplished through independent contributions or project work requiring advanced subject area knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Fully proficient in applying established standards, resolving a wide range of complex problems of diverse scope in innovative ways, including problems where precedent may not exist.
• Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
• Must be a skilled problem-solver who follows through on corrective action implementation.
• Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
• Networks with senior internal and external personnel.
• Experience implementing large scale and complex IT initiatives and their budgets is required.  

 

Basic Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree
At least 8 years of project/program management experience
At least 2 years of management experience

OR

Master’s degree
At least 6 years of project/program management experience
At least 2 years of management experience

OR

At least 10 years of project/program management experience
At least 2 years of management experience

Additional Requirements:
• Proficiency developing detailed project schedules and performing critical path analysis using Microsoft Project is required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel and Word are required
• Experience implementing large scale and complex IT initiatives and managing their budgets is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills required.
• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Agile experience (recent practical experience preferred) and certifications such as CSM/SCM (etc.) receive preference.
