Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Work on complex Business Intelligence ecosystems and contribute on design/ develop solutions to synthesize current business intelligence or trend data to support recommendations for action. Participate in Business Requirements and Functional Requirements meetings, identify gaps in requirements and drive discussion around appropriate solutions and create Technical Design Specifications documentation that clearly articulates the design and code being implemented. Generate visualizations/ reports/ dashboards based on business requirements summarizing business, financial, or economic data for review by executives, managers, clients, and other stakeholders. Analysis of existing Systems and requirement gathering of any new system integration and assist in architectural design reviews and ensure technology stack selection in relevant. Conduct interviews, hire and train new technical support/ IT Staff, provide guidance and insight to upper management and procure buy-in. Analyze new functionalities and strategies of related technologies like cloud technologies, AI, ML. Design solution to problem statements of data warehousing, data engineering , master data management , data analytics. Design solutions for Data Profiling and Data Governance like data masking, access management and build solutions for application migrations from On-prem to cloud like AWS, Azure and use different tools to build flow diagram for cloud organization infrastructure/ application components. Participate in Azure Service Fabric to address the significant challenges in developing and managing cloud native applications. Delegate technical responsibilities and monitor the progress of reports and closely work with other managers during all phases of development life cycle. Utilize experience with Methodologies: Agile, Waterfall; Data Analytic Tools: Cognos TM1; Reporting Tools: Cognos BI, Tableau, Power BI, SSRS; Databases: Oracle, Teradata, SQL Server; ETL Tools: Informatica ETL; Development Tools: Eclipse, Jira, Notepad ++; Services and Support Tools: Microsoft Visio, Webex, Erwin; Identity Management: Microsoft Azure Active Directory (AD); Data Management- Master Data Management; Claims Processing Tools- FACETS.
