If you're interested in analysis of the documentation on commercial loans by following established lending policies and procedures, our Commercial Documentation Analyst I role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Commercial Loan Support team.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze commercial loan documents prior to and immediately following the loan closing to ensure quality and accuracy.
- Identify and evaluate severity of deficiencies and take necessary measures to remedy.
- Report all loan review findings in a clear and concise manner to lenders and senior management.
- Examine loan approvals for proper execution and delivery.
- Demonstrate the ability to make sound decisions based upon bank policies, procedures, knowledge and experience.
- Adhere to bank policies, procedures, industry/market standards and advice of legal counsel.
- Manage multiple tasks and responding to pressure and change with poise and confidence.
Who You Are
- Able to learn programs such as: LaserPro, INFO-ACCESS, OnBase, SharePoint, Xperience
- Bachelor's degree in related curriculum preferred
- 1-2 years' experience in Commercial Loan Documentation Preparation preferred
- 1 years' experience in Commercial Loan Underwriting/Analyst preferred
