Job Description
Capgemini America, Inc. (Sogeti division) seeks IT professionals to fill multiple positions in Chicago, IL and various unanticipated sites throughout the U.S. Entry through Sr. level positions available.
Duties: Consult with Capgemini clients to build and architect new solutions and scale their adoption of AWS. Own the AWS technical customer engagement including developing the architectural design on specific implementation projects and/or Proofs of Concepts, and Cloud solution architecture components of customer facing contract bid responses. Build and develop AWS cloud Integration Approach, Integration architecture for Realtime, near Realtime integrations. Review and evaluate architectures of existing systems and software products to identify reuse and platform opportunities as well as refactor opportunities and provide technical leadership, guidance, and assistance to the teams in the implementation of established architectures and designs. Establish and enforce quality standards for cloud software architectures. Design and implement solutions on Cloud Platform and develop integrations using Cloud (AWS or Microsoft’s Azure) Application integration environment. Design, develop and operate highly available, scalable and fault tolerant systems. Understand core concepts including content-based routing, message enrichment, guaranteed delivery, ordered delivery, scatter-gather and aggregate services. Utilize .Net Framework, C#, SOAP, REST, JSON Web Services, AWS / Azure DevOps, Configuration management and automation technologies such as PowerShell DSC, Terraform, Chef, ARM Templates, and Puppet. Problem-solving with respect to message sequencing, correlation, database and message queuing technologies. Utilize experience with Cloud: Amazon Web Services; Methodologies: Agile Scrum, Kanban; CI-CD Tools: Terraform, Docker, Jenkins; Operating Systems: Linux, Unix, Windows; Monitoring Tools: Splunk; Version Control Tools: GitLab, Artifactory.
