Job Duties include: Responsible to Define, adapt and deploy processes relative to the financial reporting, forecasting and planning in ZF Aftermarket North America; Elaborate and analyze comprehensive report depicting the overall financial situation of the business; Oversee that all financial reporting operations of subsidiaries in the region are performed on time and per corporate guidelines; Coordinate the execution of ad-hoc reporting and implementation of new corporate reporting requirements across the subsidiaries of ZF Aftermarket North America; Prepare, analyze and track business related risks of the subsidiaries and the countermeasures to mitigate such risks; Consolidate and report financial information collected from the subsidiaries ensuring is accurate and relevant; Analyze financial statements to identify trends, areas of concern, and areas of opportunities in the business and recommend actions; Design, create and update monthly, quarterly and annual reports that represent in a clear and transparent way the financial performance of the business; and Conduct monthly forecasting process ensuring subsidiaries keep a well-balanced outlook to meet their targets. Position requires up to 5% travel to domestic locations and to locations in Mexico & Germany (e.g., to attend pertinent job trainings; visit subsidiaries to maintain relationships and deploy methods/processes through subsidiaries). A hybrid (in-office and telecommute) work schedule is available.
