Your Job If you're interested in servicing the bank's loan portfolio and following established lending policies and procedures, our Loan Servicing Specialist II role may be for you! We invite you to consider joining our Loan Servicing team. Responsibilities: Input data entry of new loans bookings, loan disbursing, loan file maintenance, and servicing of all loan types on the Bank's core system Review data input for accuracy and completeness Process daily functions of all loan records including loan payments, construction draws, advances, participation payments and payoff requests Reconcile loan accounts and general ledger accounts in a timely manner Analyze adjustable-rate mortgages for payment adjustments and interest rate changes Prepare and assemble data for distribution of daily, weekly, and monthly reports Complete credit bureau corrections Answer incoming customer calls with enthusiasm and professionalism Process fundings from Investor for Secondary Market loans Assist with custodial reconciliations for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, and Federal Home Loan Bank Monitor Loan Maintenance, Loan Wires, and Loan Input email accounts Adhere to Bank policies and procedures as well as industry regulations Assist other co-workers and cross-train in other areas as needed Who You Are Associates degree preferred 2-3 years' experience in Retail Banking preferred 2-3 years' experience in Loan Servicing preferred Who We Are Heartland Bank is a subsidiary of HBT Financial, Inc., a publicly traded financial holding company headquartered in Bloomington, Illinois. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to experience, and performance.
