Where We Need You Protiviti is looking for a Technology Consulting Manager to join our growing Microsoft 365 Services team. What You Can Expect: As a Manager , you’ll partner with our clients to solve complex business problems and provide impactful advice and solutions.? You’ll develop lasting relationships with client personnel and further these relationships through quality product delivery.? You’ll foster a network within the business community and serve as an ambassador of Protiviti in the market.?? You will also be a mentor, trainer, and coach to Consultants and Senior Consultants as you facilitate the successful completion of project work plans . The Protiviti Microsoft 365 team provides services to clients for the strategy, design, migration and implementation of a wide range of solutions across the entirety of the Microsoft 365 Modern Work, Security & Compliance, and Power Platform applications.?Protiviti is looking for individuals with experience with some and interest in building more capabilities to progress their career.? The Manager has hands on involvement in every phase of the engagement from design through deployment and works directly with the client . They are encouraged to progress t heir knowledge and experience across the Microsoft applications and participate in the development of new offerings for the practice. Do Your Talents Include the Following?+ Experience in delivering?business solutions on?Microsoft 365 with expertise related to Teams, Exchange, OneDrive and SharePoint Online.? ?
+ Experience with the Power Platform, specifically: PowerApps Portal, Power Automate and Apps, and Power BI reports implementations.
+ Experience with the Microsoft Security & Compliance suite of applications specifically Purview, Defender, Intune and Entra.
+ Working?knowledge of Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Social Networking, Enterprise Content Management and/or Business Process and Forms. ?
+ Working knowledge of Data Protection strategies and how to implement them within the Microsoft ecosystem.
+ Experience with the some of the following Microsoft technologies:?

+ Experience with?implementation concepts (requirements management, development methodologies, testing and documentation of business processes) and?in?moving from solution envisioning to implementation to rollout. ?
+ Experience writing PowerShell Scripts for automation, deployment, and validation.
+ Establishing and cultivating business relationships and a professional network, including with senior executives.?
+ Ability to translate and communicate risk and challenges to client personnel, including executives.?
+ Leadership and direct supervisory experience of teams including conducting performance appraisals, mentoring and coaching, oversight and review of work, coordination across teams, and understanding how to motivate.??
Your Educational and Professional Qualifications:+ Bachelor’s degree in relevant discipline ( e.g. MIS, Engineering, Computer Science or related technical degree) .
+ 5 + years of experience designing, building and deploying enterprise?solutions with Microsoft technologies within a related field or professional services.
+ Professional Microsoft Certifications for M365, Power Platform, SharePoint, Information Protection, Intune and ?related applications a plus. ?
Our Hybrid Workplace Protiviti practices a hybrid model, which is a combination of working in person with a purpose and working remotely. Starting salary is based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location. Below is the salary range for this job.$111,000.00 – $178,000.00
Our annual bonus plan provides eligible employees additional cash and/or discretionary stock compensation opportunities. Below is the bonus target opportunity for this job.12%
The total cash range is estimated from the sum of the base salary range plus the bonus target opportunity. Below is the estimated total cash range for this job.$124,320.00 – $199,360.00
