Roles & Responsibilities:

+ Support engineering investigation into customer-returned hardware

+ Provide engineering support for on-site production issues regarding assembly and test

+ Support reliability and communicate directly with the customer on returned hardware

+ Provide engineering analysis for quality notifications created for defective production units

Required Skills (Technical Competency):

+ Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or other technical fields

+ 1+ years of Manufacturing or Quality Engineering experience working Engineering disposition of QN’s

+ Engineering Analysis and Investigation Experience

+ Due to the nature of the role, you must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident

Desired Skills:

+ Solumina

+ SAP

+ Siemens Team Center

+ Knowledge of Assembly process

Physical Requirements & Work Environment:

+ Mostly Office Environments, Occasional Shop Floor involvement.

+ Substantial amounts of telephone and computer work.

+ Heavily Regulated Industries with strict adherence to procedures.

+ Flexibility to meet business deadlines by staying late or arriving early.

+ Typical 8 hour days plus lunch / 40 hour weeks / core (required) hours are 9AM to 4PM

+ Ability to use personal transportation to visit customer locations.
