Apartment Maintenance Technician
PeopleReady of Rock Island, IL is now hiring Apartment Maintenance Technicians! We are searching for an Apartment Maintenance Technician to help with the upkeep of our multi-family rental properties. In this role, you coordinate both repair and preventative maintenance, so you should have skills and experience in a variety of disciplines, from drywall hanging to carpentry to painting. You may also deal with plumbing or electricity issues, so a license in either of these fields is beneficial to have.

Pay Rate:
The pay rate for this job is $17 / hour
What you’ll be doing as a Apartment Maintenance Technician:
- Respond to maintenance requests
- Fix aesthetic damage after tenants move out
- Document all repairs made on our properties
Available shifts:
Shift Timings: 1st Shift (Day)
Job requirements:
- Building maintenance experience
- Professional certification in plumbing, HVAC, or electrical repair (preferred but not required)
- Experience with a variety of construction disciplines
- Customer service skills
