Job Description
Rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about providing direct mental health services and working with school-aged children. This full-time position will work with students and families in the Edwardsville and Granite City, IL school districts.
Responsibilities: Provide consumer-driven services identified in treatment/recovery/safety plans. Use evidence-based practices such as CBT, trauma-informed care, and the developmental stages. Refer and link clients to additional services and community resources. Provide services in the school environment as appropriate. Assume leadership roles, including supervising other staff members seeking State licensure or degrees.
Promote the recovery model of treatment including trauma-informed care, hope, respect, empowerment, health/wellness, and spirituality/connectedness.
