Job Description

Doogma, Inc. seeks Customer Experience Leads (CXL) in Northbrook IL. 

 

  • Recruit, manage, train, and assist customer experience managers, UX designers, and the customer support team in their day-to-day responsibilities.
  • Oversee customer experience managers in pre-sale customer support, ecommerce product customization, personalization user experience requirements collection, and creation of user

experience mockups for online product design experiences.

  • Oversee the creation and implementation of experiences using the Doogma Composable Experience Builder within a variety of ecommerce platforms such as BigCommerce and

Shopify.

  • Oversee the creation of user experiences for product customization, personalization, and bundling for online sellers.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to customer experience managers, UX designers, and the customer support team.
  • Will supervise 3 to 5 employees in the following roles: Customer Experience Managers, UX Designers, Customer Support

 

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in in Product Design, Graphic Design, or related (or equivalent) plus 5 years of experience. Requires 5 years creating user experiences for product customization, personalization, and bundling for online sellers. Requires 5 years of experience with eCommerce sellers and eCommerce administrative platforms. Requires 5 years of experience with Photoshop & Illustrator. Requires 5 years of experience working with MS Office. Requires 5 years of experience working with business owners or high-level managers, specifically with business and technical communication in video calls, phone calls, and via email. Requires 5 years of experience designing for Print. Requires 5 years of experience in HTML, CSS, and JSON. Requires 5 years of experience using administrative systems of multiple ecommerce and web platforms, to include Wordpress, BigCommerce, and Shopify. Requires 5 years of experience in management of Quality Control Processes. Requires 5 years of experience in managing complex internal and client projects with remote teams in different time zones , with different cultures, to include defining and managing tasks for software developers using web based languages. Requires 3 years of experience with Figma. 100% telecommuting permitted.
