Work you’ll do

As a Human Capital Consultant within our team you will:

+ Identify opportunities for efficiencies in work process and innovative approaches to completing scope of work

+ Participate in team problem solving efforts and offer ideas to solve client issues

+ Conduct relevant research, data analysis, and create reports.

+ Maintain responsibility for completion and accuracy of work products and prioritize workload

+ Assist in proposal development, as requested

+ Develop contract deliverables using the following tools: word processing, spreadsheet, presentation creation tools, internet research tools

+ Actively expand consulting skills and professional development through training courses, mentoring, and daily interaction with clients

The Organization Transformation offering (OT) focuses on transforming the organization (and the providers that serve them) to support its business strategy. This includes changing the organization’s culture, modernizing specific functions and re-designing the structure of an organization. Organization Transformation can occur at the enterprise, business unit, or functional level, involves both employers and providers across the Human Capital ecosystem, and requires a combination of change management actions to execute the transformation.

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree required

+ Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future

+ Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients/sectors you serve

+ 2+ years of human capital experience including at least 3 of the following: stakeholder analysis, liaising between technical and non-technical audiences, change management, research of workforce trends, HR transformation, business process improvement, I/O survey design and analysis, analytics, organizational transformation or design, strategic communications, and/or project management support

Preferred:

+ 1+ year of experience in management consulting

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $84,600 – $141,000.
