Line Operator – Full Time. 2nd Shift
Seeking a motivated Line Operator to join our team. Responsible for maintaining, preparing, and operating production machines.
WHAT’S IN IT FOR YOU:
+ 2nd Shift Monday- Saturday 6 day work week 2pm to 10pm with opportunities for overtime.
+ Starting hourly pay range of $18.71 – $19.86; final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to knowledge, skills, abilities, and/or geographic location.

WHAT YOU’LL ACCOMPLISH:
+ Operates, monitors, and adjusts scales, meters, hoists, applicators, machines, and processing equipment.
+ Loading, unloading, and processing ingredients as prescribed by the Bill of Materials (BOM).
+ Prepares equipment for next shift and product runs including set ups, tear downs, and changeovers.
+ Maintains control charts including documenting, interpreting, verifying, and printing information.
+ Communicates with Supervisors, Line Leads, and other Operators on quality and production of material.
+ Conducts conveyor line checks for foreign material and product checks for quality.
+ Supports breaks for other Operators.
+ Performs or assists Maintenance with minor repairs or adjustments to machinery and equipment.
+ Ensures that all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, and compliance are promoted.
+ Follows all company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP’s).
REQUIREMENTS:
+ Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required .
+ High School Diploma/GED, preferred .
SKILLS:
+ 1-6 months of previous food manufacturing and/or Machine Operator experience.
+ Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment .
+ Ability to do basic math and use calculators.
+ Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
+ Speak, write, and understand English; Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
