Our team Fusion Release Engineering (FRE) is a central portfolio team for Fusion Applications Development that specializes in automation frameworks and continuous integration between Fusion Applications, Spectra services, Spectra Application, Middleware and RDBMS. We specialize in SaaS and Cloud automation as well as server side abstraction frameworks. We are seeking dynamic people to join this high-profile, agile development team to own the planning, execution, and delivery of customer implementations of Oracle Cloud projects.

Qualifications

+ 3+ years of experience as a member of a software development or product development team

+ 5+ years of program, project and/or process management experience

+ Experience in project management tools and methodologies

+ Exceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

+ Strong collaboration skills with peers and leadership team members

+ Ability to work in ambiguity, manage multiple projects, and prioritize tasks

+ Manage a subset of overall product backlog for multiple scrum teams (scrum of scrums) or multiple highly complex products

+ Conduct product and team backlog grooming and break down complex product requirements for multiple development teams

+ Leverage domain and user expertise to create and prioritize epics and user stories for product development

+ Develop clear and testable story and feature acceptance criteria that create shared understanding of desired results; review and accept backlog items as ready

+ Plan and perform functional testing, including user acceptance and exploratory testing

+ Track product functionality and performance, as required by regulatory standards, to ensure that it meets market needs

+ Leverage domain expertise to influence overall product vision and roadmap

+ Partner with Scrum Master(s) to identify continuous improvement opportunities within processes and implement strategies to drive improvements

+ Knowledgeable in cloud architecture and security policies

Responsibilities

Work with cross-functional teams to achieve business-critical goals while ensuring Oracle security/compliance standards are met

+ Manage complex projects from initiative start to completion, including hand-off to delivery and customer managers

+ Use good judgment to achieve project goals and escalate quickly to ensure that project roadblocks are mitigated effectively

+ Love bringing order to chaos and running projects using tools that work for teams

+ Use your skill-set and expertise in project management including organizing cross-team activities, risk anticipation and mitigation management

+ Use your technical understanding to identify tasks, gaps, issues and risks that can be technical in nature

+ For complex projects, you are able track progress and communicate status in a way that is easy to understand for stakeholders and team members

+ Communicate the costs and benefits of various projects as part of prioritizing workload

+ Have a good eye for the details as well as focus on the business goals and time requirement

+ Collaborate, monitor, and complete Platinum build JIRA

+ Lead key agile ceremonies, such as sprint review, optimizing for maximum value

US: Hiring Range: from $87,600 to $199,500 per annum. May be eligible for bonus and equity.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
