Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique law firm located in Naperville that’s looking to hire a Real Estate Attorney with at least 3-5+ years of experience to assist with handling land use & zoning and commercial real estate transactions. Prior real estate transactions experience is required. This position is paying between $120-200K+ depending on your level of land use & zoning experience. Real Estate Attorney Responsibilities:
+ Assist with managing real estate and land use & zoning transactions
+ Communicate with other attorneys, clients and title companies as well as a variety of county government employees
+ Draft real estate sale and purchase contracts as well as closing documents
+ Attend and present at zoning, planning and city council board meetings
+ Set up corporate and LLC documents
+ Maintain case files and assist with legal research
