Job Description

Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children's Hospital of Chicago provides superior pediatric medical care in a setting that offers the latest benefits and innovations in technology, research and family-centered design. As the pediatric teaching hospital of Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine, we strive to be a leader in pediatric healthcare delivery; research in the causes, treatment and prevention of diseases that affect children; education for physicians, nurses and allied health professionals; and advocacy for the general well-being of all children. As the top pediatric hospital in Illinois, our medical staff of 1,800+ physicians across 70 pediatric specialties cared for more than 221,000 children and adolescents in 2020. Fifty-five percent of children we treat are either uninsured or underinsured; we serve more pediatric patients covered by Medicaid than any other hospital in Illinois.

As a non-profit organization, Lurie Children's relies on philanthropy to help sustain and advance our mission. Lurie Children's Foundation, which serves as the philanthropic arm of the organization, employs more than 100 fundraising, marketing and communications professionals.
