State Farm Insurance Agency seeks a qualified professional to join our team. We seek an energetic professional interested in helping our insurance business agency grow and retain through value-based insurance conversations and remarkable insurance customer experience.  

 

 

Responsibilities: - Proactively handle customers’ inquiries in an empathetic matter, resolve all insurance issues promptly and professional, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and updated customer accounts, demonstrating meticulous attention to detail
- Possess comprehensive knowledge of all State Farm Insurance and Financial Services products
- Identify and address the needs of potential and existing insurance customers, providing additional suitable product recommendations and referrals
- Proactively engage in network activities to successfully attract new insurance customers and expanding the insurance customer base
- Collaborate with our community marketing event activities as needed
- Effectively showcase insurance product features, employing persuasive needs based selling techniques to maximize insurance sales
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail in insurance account opening, maintenance, and closure processes, enterprise requirement

 



Benefits: Base comp (doe and ins lic) plus commission Profit Sharing Plan Paid time off
