Job Description

Contractor’s Role:
•Responsible for leading the successful delivery of large infrastructure technology programs and projects following client’s standards and best practices.
Experience Level:
Level 3, minimum of 7+ years’ experience
Qualifications:
• PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Agile Certified Practitioner (ACP) certification.
• Risk and Control experience including Risk, Auditing, Fed Regulator Exams, MRA/MRIA.
• Experience leading infrastructure technology projects and leading teams to execute highly complex initiatives of significant scope, scale and risk to successfully deliver objectives and benefits.
• Skillful in adopting corporate project management standards (which incorporate PMI standards), IT controls, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Familiarity with infrastructure (Servers, Storage, Network, Database, Middleware, Mainframe).
• Familiarity working with Project tools such as
• Clarity. Azure DevOps or JIRA, MS Office Suite etc.
• Service Now: Application Portfolio Management (APM), API Inventory, IT Asset Management (ITAM), Governance & Risk Compliance (GRC) for management of IPTs (Issue Problem & Threats), Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
• Expertise in Waterfall, Hybrid or Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrated ability leading multiple concurrent projects under a program/portfolio.
• Independent self-starter with an ability to drive results, overcome obstacles and meet deadlines.
• Sound analytical problem-solving skills to simplify the complex.
• Adept at navigating a matrixed environment to influence all levels of the organization.
• Effectively collaborate ensuring appropriate level of engagement from all members of the team.
Nice to Haves:
• Experience in a large financial services firm or highly regulated industry a plus
• Experience leading application development initiatives
• Dynatrace experience
Tasks and Responsibilities:
• Develop project plans.
• Lead project team to successfully deliver project objective.
• Provide timely communications on project status and health including scope, schedule, resource, and/or budget as well as articulate key risks/issues and associated impacts.
• Ensure adherence to TIPMO project standards, IT controls, risk and regulatory requirements.
• Manage risk and dependencies including contingency planning.
• Ensure clear roles and responsibilities for all project team members for deliverables & milestones.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and motivate project team.
• Partner with stakeholders to plan for and manage project resources.
• Facilitate discussions and working sessions across the various teams involved in the project.
• Establish and execute against project communication plans.
• Escalate in a timely manner to the appropriate party (ies) to remove obstacles or constraints.
