+ Customer Relationship Management (e-commerce, Food Services, Clubs, Retail, Distributors).

+ Build and maintain best practices to ensure Customers receive consistent products that meet their expectations.

+ Provide technical support for the development and execution of action plans to improve customer experience.

+ Understand and ensure all relevant MDLZ locations comply with the customer’s quality expectations.

+ Serve as the Quality lead to investigate customer issues and ensure the identification of root causes and close out of corrective and preventive actions.

+ Facilitate the collection of Quality Metrics to support Customer scorecards.

+ Trade Quality Audits

+ Partner with the service provider on the planning and execution of the trade quality audits to ensure they are done in full promptly.

+ Present the data and work with all the relevant internal business stakeholders to ensure action plans are implemented to address audit findings.

+ CS&L Quality Compliance

+ Supports the preparation of the DSDs & RDCs for the external quality audits.

+ Support the iDSD program rollout to support the organization to eliminate losses and drive efficiencies; establish stretch goals for KPIs and KAIs along the journey aligned to the Compelling Business Need (CBN).

+ Verify and support activities to drive compliance with FDA FSMA Sanitary Transport and Intentional adulteration rules and all Mondelez Quality Policies and expectations.

+ Network Hold Coordination

+ Liaise the Hold and Release process at all distribution center locations to ensure network Holds are appropriately managed and required tasks are executed.

+ Plans and executes, with the involvement and support of relevant departments, traceability tests, and mock recalls.

What extra ingredients you will bring:

+ 5-8 years of food safety and quality experience.

+ Knowledge of quality and freshness guidelines at the point of sale.

+ Required experience in SAP QM and preferably IM-MM, WM, EWM, and APO.

+ Experience is also required in the Integration with external WMS (e.g. 3PL and/or DCs).

+ Knowledge of Logistic/Distribution quality management including audit experience

+ Knowledge of food safety, product quality programs, HACCP, GMPs, and Allergen issues.

+ Knowledge of FDA/FSMA requirements for warehousing and transportation

+ Ability to lead, influence, and manage teams with different project spectrums.

+ Ideal bachelor’s degree in food science, Food Safety, or other related science field

+ Previous roles partnering with external partners or managing external communication preferred.

+ Integrated Lean Six Sigma experience preferred.
