Responsibilities:
Deliver training to new and existing Procurement stakeholders for job-specific applications and processes
Work with training team to develop on-line courses and simulations in Workday Learning, including knowledge checks
Collaborate with the Business Unit Training Teams on employee curriculum development, learning needs and competing course schedules
Collaborate with project teams as the Training Lead for applicable initiatives
Complete analysis to understand what new training content should be developed and existing content should be enhanced
Provide feedback to management regarding training initiatives
Performs other related duties as required or requested.
Qualifications:
3 - 5 years experience (preferably in an instructional or other learning role)
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Education, Learning, Instructional Design and/or Human Resources)
Has developed training programs and implemented for use at varying levels of leadership
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Public speaking skills - comfortable moderating discussions either in-person or via web conference
Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills
Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple competing deadlines
Experience supporting learning or talent management programs
Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and Google Suite including creating, formatting and editing presentations and other documents
Ability to adapt to change and effectively handle ambiguity
Knowledge of learning and development best practices and technologies, including Workday
Technical savvy / ability to learn new systems
Travel required (roadshows and in market trainings)

The compensation that will be offered to the successful candidate will depend on factors such as whether the position is covered by a collective bargaining agreement, the geographic area in which the work will be performed, market pay rates in that area, and the candidate's experience and qualifications.
The company will not pay less than minimum wage for this role.
The compensation for the position is: $72,250.00 - $85,000.00
