Job SummaryThe Assistant Director is responsible for
- Inclusive Marketing: Develop and implement inclusive marketing strategies using market research and student assessment. social and collaborative programs in the areas of antiracism, equity, and justice and supporting assessment of these programs.
- Publication and Promotional Development: Oversee branding and promotional material development to serve department-wide needs including news stories, calendar events, newsletters, and presentation materials.
- Social Media and Technology Management: Manage and develop website. Oversee all social media accounts. Develop innovative social media plans and use analytics to inform future marketing strategies.
- Administration: Supervise one or more undergraduate staff. Prepare annual marketing budget. Oversee department’s marketing materials and equipment. Serve as a member of the department's professional staff team.
- Outreach: Coordinate outreach events that pertain to the department’s visibility needs on campus and in the community.
