Job Description:
Major Responsibilities:
+ Capture, analyze, improve, architect, and standardize business processes to eliminate manual steps, reduce risk, reduce time spent and improve quality.
+ Create, maintain, and apply a structured process architecture approach and methodology that is continuously informed by best-in-class practices and technology.
+ Facilitate large scale working sessions that define future-state business processes enabled by system capabilities and feedback from process owners.
+ Build effective relationships, communicate with senior leaders, and work closely with stakeholders to formulate process improvement strategies and drive buy in and adoption of new process improvements.
+ Review, refine and align business requirements and change impacts with stakeholders across various workstreams
Minimum Qualifications:
+ Bachelors in Business Administration and Management, Engineering, OR Statistics.
+ 6+ years in Designing and engineering process; Process Management; Performance Measurement or related
+ 6+ years of Continuous Improvement; Strategic Planning; Management Consulting or related
+ 6+ years in Project or Program Management with exposure to large scale projects

Compensation:
The base pay for this position generally ranges between $88,500.00 to $149,300.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
