We have a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented, innovative Technical Business Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and the technical team, bridging the gap between the two by facilitating communication and understanding. Your role will involve analyzing, documenting, and managing the requirements throughout their lifecycle.

Responsibilities:

1. Consult with business and technical stakeholders to understand, analyze, refine, and document business requirements.

2. Translate complex business requirements into detailed functional specifications that can be used by the technical team for system design.

3. Provide regular, clear, and consistent communication to stakeholders regarding project status.

4. Evaluate potential software solutions and the system architecture to ensure they meet the company objectives.

5. Work closely with the technical team to ensure the solution being developed aligns with business requirements.

6. Collaborate with project management in planning project timelines, resources, and risks.

7. Support the testing team by assisting in test plan creation and executing user-acceptance testing as required.

8. Assist in training end-users or technical support staff to use and support the system.

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in a technical business analyst role.

3. Strong understanding of software development life cycle models.

4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels.

5. Ability to explain complex ideas to non-technical team members.

6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and strong analytical thinking.

7. Proficiency in documentation tools and process modeling techniques.
