Our client is seeking a strong Senior-level Project Manager to join their team and to help drive projects to completion. The main project this PM will be working on is the migration from Kronos Workforce to UKG Dimensions across their 6 plants nationwide. Ideally, this PM has dealt with plants in a unionized environment and understands workforce management solutions - timecard and labor management. The project is currently in flight and they are in the process of rolling out Dimensions in 2 plants the next step is to complete testing by the beginning of April with the plants going live in July. The project is starting to fall a bit behind schedule, so they need a PM who can drive the project back on track. This PM will wear a variety of hats in the role- primairly PM but also sometimes stepping into a BA or Deliverly Lead type of role. They will be involved with every step of the project from creating project plans, analyzing data in Excel, working closely with business and technical teams, creating project budgets as well as managing all project financials, facilitating meetings… ultimately taking ownership of the full process to ensure successful and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be working across all areas of the business for IT related projects- a general understanding of all IT areas is required.

Skills and Requirements
+7 years of technical Project Management experience in a mid-large, enterprise environment
Excellent coordination, planning, and follow up skills
Able to define scope, create project plans, risk management, follow up reports
Experience engaging with stakeholders
Budgeting experience — creating budgets, managing all project financials, creating and tracking POs
Vendor management
Able to facilitate meetings and send out meeting notes
Change management skills
Workforce Management project experience (Kronos Workforce & UKG Dimensions)
Experience working with a manufacturing environment (unions)
Experience managing technical enabled business projects- Solid understanding of IT
Intermediate Excel skills- Able to create Pivots, slice & dice data as well as analyze
A driver- Able to drive issue resolution, takes ownership of full process, self-driven
Excellent oral and written communication and able to tailor their communication to their audience in the business- IT vs business Experience doing a Kronos Workforce to UKG Dimensions upgrade null
