(https://www.accenture.com/us-en/services/digital-engineering-manufacturing-index) The Role As a Consultant in Battery Manufacturing, you will play a vital role in driving the development and implementation of complex solutions in the field of battery manufacturing. You will work on leading edge battery and cell manufacturing, storage and testing solutions, conceptualize and present contributions to experts on innovative battery topics, help enable the business to drive opportunities to grow the battery manufacturing offering. The Work

+ Execute consulting projects with a technical and/or economic focus to a variety of topics along the battery value chain

+ Diversify, excite & innovate customer projects with regards to current technology and industry issues

+ Develop battery manufacturing as a strategic manufacturing business offering, focusing on smart manufacturing strategies and operational model design.

+ Lead initiatives in Design to Margin for Manufacturing, Advance Automation, Process Design & Simulation, and Platform-led transformation.

+ Utilize predictive and prescriptive analytics to drive efficiencies and optimize manufacturing processes.

Job Requirements:

+ Ability to travel to client sites, Monday – Thursday

+ Travel up to 75%

Here’s what you need:

+ Bachelor’s degree in chemistry, physics or electrical engineering

+ 3+ years of experience in the Battery Manufacturing Industry – Battery Storage, Battery and Cell Manufacturing and Testing, Battery Data Engineering and Battery Management System Engineering

+ 3+ years of professional experience working in technical consulting companies, start-ups, OEMs, or Manufacturers

Bonus Points if:

+ 3+ years of experience in the industrial or automotive industry

+ 2+ year in an advanced project management setting

+ Master’s degree or PhD in chemistry, physics, electrical engineering or similar

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York or Washington as set forth below.We accept applications on an on-going basis and there is no fixed deadline to apply.

California $63,200 to $169,800

Colorado $63,200 to $146,700

New York $58,500 to $169,800

Washington $67,300 to $156,200
