Robert Half Legal is partnering with a boutique IP law firm that’s seeking a Litigation Paralegal with 1+ years of experience to join their team. Candidates must have experience with e-filing in federal courts and drafting pleadings. This position is paying between $50-55K plus bonus, full benefits, and the firm offers a highly flexible hybrid WFH schedule (3 days/week WFH).
Litigation Paralegal Responsibilities:
+ Prepare, file, and serve all pleadings and other court documents in litigation
+ Review pleadings and other documents filed by opposing counsel and other parties in litigation
+ Prepare and coordinate discovery requests and responses
+ E-file in federal and state courts
+ Schedule depositions, mediations, expert witness testimony, etc.
+ Manage and coordinate schedule and deadlines for all cases assigned to managing attorney
+ Proof reading documents and letters

Requirements+ Bachelor Degree preferred; paralegal certificate preferred
+ 1+ years of litigation experience
+ Experience e-filing in federal courts
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
