General Summary
Assist in the finishing, assembly and packaging of products. Operate manufacturing equipment to produce component parts. Set up equipment as necessary. Might make minor adjustments to equipment in order to maintain production and quality standards. Notify the Operations Supervisor of any occurrences that negatively impact production. Adhere to safety, health, and environmental guidelines.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
Primary Duty

Addendum: Specifics for Area Worked
Ultrasonic Knife Cutter
Setup and operate ultrasonic knife cutter by performing computer functions.
Load material onto cutting table, set up x-y cutting table, upload program, start up and run software program and keep work table and area clean and free of cutting residue. Must be able to properly nest parts so to maximize on the material being loaded.
Perform 1st articles and final audits on manufactured parts.
Follow the Quality Management System requirements as outlined in the process notes on the press card, the applicable QMS procedure and work instructions; and suggests ways for continual improvement.
Promptly report quality problems and shut down the equipment if unable to resolve
