Job Summary:

Performs a wide range of critical compliance-related functions in support of medical residents and fellows and their training programs across McGaw’s consortium to ensure compliance with the Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME) accreditation and other regulatory requirements. Engage with the administrative operations of graduate medical education, with an emphasis on ensuring that data, processes, and efforts align with and support McGaw and accreditation standards for McGaw-sponsored programs with over 1,200 trainees.

Specific Responsibilities:

  • Capture and provide data from New Innovations, the Accreditation Council of Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)
  • Accreditation Data System (ADS), the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS), and the National Resident
  • Matching Program (NRMP) platforms as requested to ensure compliance, track quality trends, alignment with
  • complements, and to inform forecasting.
  • Collect and review materials from department-based, program-level staff members regarding trainees and program
  • requirements (e.g., personnel data, accreditation, organizational policies, etc.)
  • Assist with data review and management on all platforms, including granting user access.
  • Understanding and ability to explain to department-based programs compliance and regulatory information for
  • accrediting bodies (e.g., ACGME, ABMS).
  • Assist with ACGME Accreditation Data System (ADS) annual update reviews.
