Job Title: HR Programs Delivery

Job location: Atlanta, Houston, Dallas, Chicago, or NYC

Job Description:

Capgemini has a need for an upbeat and hard-working HR Programs Professional to join its North America HR Services team. This role reports to the HR Strategic Programs Office and must be comfortable working in a project based, matrixed environment such that interaction and direction will come from the VP organization lead, Program Manager, OCM/Change Management, and core domain Tower Leads (HR data & systems, benefits, payroll, recruit to hire, deals, acquisitions).

Candidate needs to feel comfortable and thrive in an agile environment and provide lift to the Tower Leads and Subject Matter Experts, supporting special projects and programs.

Key responsibilities:

+ The successful candidate will have 7 years of experience in HR, Program/Project Management, or Change Management. Experience in large scale Systems and Process Change Programs helpful.

+ Strategize, design and deploy change management, training and communications. Design, develop and implement new or enhanced processes within the change control framework. Establish and uphold a strong traceability matrix for cataloguing changes from identification to post-implementation.

+ Excellent written communication skills – effectively connecting with your audience and adapting message and tone. Background in drafting internal communications.

+ Ability to build an effective business case and engage and connect with executives.

+ Successful project and program management experience including leading projects from original concept through final implementation and hypercube.

+ Facilitate effective collaboration and build positive relationships with global teams to ensure a cohesive approach to change implementation.

+ Familiarity with US HR Benefits and Policy programs and workplace legislation a plus.

Required Skills:

+ Strong deliverable, project-based orientation; comfortable working to deadlines and maintaining responsibility for professional-quality presentations, reports, etc.

+ The ability to think and draw conclusions quickly, flexibility in thought and approach to suit a new situation, purpose, or need of the business.

+ Outstanding listening and comprehension skills; ability to listen, assimilate needs and formulate solutions that align with the business direction and our people strategy.

+ Positive relationship development skills; proven competence in knowing when to collaborate and negotiate and when to remain firm, all the while keeping the relationship intact.

+ Experience and ability to work with cross functional teams (marking, communications, finance, operations, legal, IT).
