Robert Half’s Legal Division is immediately seeking a Commercial Litigation Attorney to join one of our phenomenal boutique clients in the Chicago Loop! The ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience and be comfortable with a hybrid schedule (3 days a week in office, 2 days a week from home).
Duties of this position include but are not limited to:
· Taking and defending depositions
· Drafting pleadings and written discovery
· Supervising all aspects of e-discovery
· Taking complex cases from inception to completion
· Performing high level legal research and writing
· Being comfortable executing on a pre-determined strategy
· Operating by yourself as well as with a team
· Assisting with all aspects of complex litigation cases and preparing cases for trial

Requirements- Licensed attorney- State of IL
- Be detailed, flexible, and organized
- At least three years of complex Commercial Litigation experience
- Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
- Above-average academic credentials and references
