Job Description: We are currently seeking Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our dynamic and caring team. As a CNA, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality, personalized care to our patients. Your responsibilities will include assisting residents or patients with activities of daily living, monitoring vital signs, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure a comfortable and safe environment.
Responsibilities:
+ Provide compassionate and personalized care to residents or patients
+ Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
+ Monitor and record vital signs
+ Assist in the mobility and transportation of residents or patients
+ Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans
+ Maintain a clean and organized patient care environment
+ Provide emotional support to residents or patients and their families
+ Qualifications:
+ Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
+ High school diploma or equivalent
+ Current CPR certification
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
