As the HR Manager at Wisper ISP, you will play a crucial role in steering the HR department towards success by overseeing the full employee life cycle and ensuring that our Core Values remain at the forefront of all HR decisions. Reporting directly to the VP HR, you will have the opportunity to contribute to developing an employee-centric culture that emphasizes quality, continuous improvement, teamwork, and high performance. To excel as the HR Manager at Wisper ISP, you will need a diverse set of skills and competencies. With over 5 years of experience in HR and 2+ years in management, you'll be equipped to lead and direct the HR team effectively. Your thorough knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and best practices will be essential in overseeing talent acquisition, compensation plans, and compliance with labor laws.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS is a must, along with the ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Additionally, having a degree in HR or a business-related field, along with certifications like SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP, will be highly valued. Your high emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, commitment to results, and strong decision-making capabilities will drive the success of HR operations at Wisper ISP.

• Complete understanding and ability to execute Investigations, Coaching Path meetings, ADA & FMLA, Terminations, etc.
